Shipping

  • Shipping charges are extra. Prices may vary due to size, weight and destination of shipment.
  • We use, UPS and a local courier, only available on business days.
  • We use UPS for all deliveries
  • If you require same day local delivery, GTA Local Courier is only available on business days
  • We do not ship outside Canada
  • All Delivery times are an approximate
  • No Weekend Deliveries
  • We do not ship between May 15-October 1
  • During Peak season Christmas, Valentines and Easter shipping times will vary

We use our best efforts to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Circumstance beyond our control may not always make that possible

Orders are shipped in a sequence in which they are received, items ordered before 10am(EST) Monday through Thursday are typically shipped the next business day. Orders received after 10am (EST) on Thursday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday in order to preserve the quality of the chocolate. We prepare your orders upon receipt therefore days that we experience high order volume may have delays, particularly during the holiday season, Valentines day and Easter. We appreciate your understanding in the regard.

If our shipping company attempts to deliver and fails to locate someone to receive  the product we are not held responsible for replacing or refunding those items. Please note all pricing is subject to change.

Our prices are in Canadian funds and do not include taxes or delivery cost. The costs will be added to the price at the time of the order.

All Items have HST added on for Ontario tax.

That Shipping Charges quotes are approximate and may be slightly higher for larger orders if we need to divide it into multiple shipments or packages. If there is a major rate change we will notify you, before shipping.

Pick up information

Small orders are available for Pick Up only Tuesday – Friday between 11am to 5pm only at 99 Yorkville Avenue.

Please bring your print out of order.

Pick Up orders must be paid in advance.

Large Corporate orders must be handled by our Events Division. Please email us at sabrina@morocochocolat.com.

Important information

It is important that you provide us, with the complete and accurate delivery information including a telephone number. We cannot guarantee delivery due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts by our carriers or weather delays. We regret we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Due to the special nature of our product, we are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failures or any circumstances beyond our control. All acts of God.

Our chocolate is free of preservatives therefore more fragile

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped

We do not offer refunds.

Our products are NOT NUT FREE.

All our products and menu items either contain nuts or have come in contact with nuts. If you have an nut related allergy it is recommended that you do not consume any of our products, either in the restaurant or from the boutique.
